• You use this application entirely at your own risk.
• The operator of the application accepts no liability for any damages arising from the use of the application.
• Stored data may be lost, damaged, or otherwise become unavailable.
• The application may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• The security of stored data cannot be guaranteed; data may be misused, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
• The operator reserves the right to handle uploaded data at their own discretion.
• Users are responsible for any content they upload or submit to the application.
• Do not upload or provide any information that could cause you harm if it were disclosed or leaked.
• Do not submit personal or other sensitive information to the application.

Usage rules:

• Upload only records of real powered paraglider (PPG) flights. Other tracklogs do not belong here and may be removed without notice.
• The operator reserves the right to remove inactive or long-unused user accounts.
• These terms may be changed at any time without prior notice.
